The Nest is the home for everything I build: a trading bot that ran 535,425 backtests and found no large edge, a study app that deletes its own hallucinations, and an AI website business I'm running live. Wins and losses, both published.
The premise
Honesty first. Everything else is downstream of that.
Most build-in-public content shows you the win and quietly buries the losses. The Nest does the opposite: the process is published exactly as it happened, including the null result. A bot that says "I don't know" is the only bot worth trusting with money — that line isn't a slogan, it's the actual finding of the first project below.
