These are the terms for using jointhenest.ai. They are deliberately short, because a one-person site does not need ten pages of them.

Who runs this
jointhenest.ai is operated by Aym Abdalla under the name The Nest. Using the site means you accept these terms.
Ownership of what is here
The writing, code, design, and murals on this site are owned by Aym Abdalla / The Nest. The murals were generated with Google's Gemini image models under a license that permits this use. You are welcome to quote or link to anything here with attribution. Republishing whole pieces, or reusing the code or visual assets as your own, is not permitted without asking me first at hello@jointhenest.ai.
No warranties
The site and everything published on it are provided as is. I write it carefully and I publish my failures alongside my wins, but I make no warranty that the content is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose, and no warranty that the site will be available or error free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or your reliance on anything published here, including indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.
